Who We Are
We are Ngee Ming Shoe Manufacturers Sdn. Bhd., a company specializing in safety footwear sales and manufacturing.

These Terms and Conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Any use by third parties, even of extracts of the Terms and Conditions, for the commercial 
purposes of offering goods and/or services is not permitted. Infringements may be subject to legal action.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform is owned by Oscar Safety Shoes or its licensors, which includes materials protected by copyright, trademark, or patent laws. All trademarks, 
service marks and trade names (e.g., the Oscar name and the logo) are owned, registered and/or licensed by Oscar Safety Shoes. All content on the Platform including but not limited to text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features and all other content is a collective work and other 
copyright laws and is the proprietary property of Oscar Safety Shoes; All rights reserved.
 

Prohibitions

Misuse of this website is highly prohibited. You shall not commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute a virus including but not limited to Trojan horse, worm, 
logic bomb or post any other material on the Site which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of 
the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s propriety rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material; 
or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed throughout the Site. Any breach of this provision would constitute a criminal offence 
under the Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act 2013. In the event such breach occurs, Oscar Safety Shoes will report the breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities 
and appropriate legal action will be taken.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Generated Content, your interactions with other users and your activity on the Platform. Do not take any action or post anything that may expose 
Oscar Safety Shoes or its users to any harm or liability of any type. 

Be Courteous and Appropriate

Flaming and insults are prohibited. Do not post User Generated Content, or a link to a website, that, in Oscar's sole discretion, is illegal, offensive, libelous, defamatory, infringing, 
inflammatory, deceptive, inaccurate, misleading, malicious, fraudulent, false, indecent, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, 
violent, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, publicity, intellectual property, proprietary or contractual rights, offensive in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context, will harm or threaten 
the safety of others, or is otherwise objectionable. Do not post photos or videos of another person without that person's consent. Do not "stalk," intimidate, abuse, harm or harass another 
Platform user or person.

Follow Proper Legislation

Do not post any User Generated Content, take any action or use the Platform in a way that violates any law, would create liability or promotes illegal activities. Do not take any action on the 
Platform designed to interfere, disrupt, damage, disable, overburden or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, telecommunications equipment or the Platform. 
Do not post User Generated Content that contains software viruses, programs or other computer code. Do not circumvent or modify any Platform security technology or software.

Terms of Sale

    Registration and Ordering

• To place an Order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the Site. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. 
  You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the Site.
• After submitting an Order, you will receive an Order Confirmation which will act as a receipt/acknowledgement of your Order.
• The Order is considered accepted upon successful shipment of your Order to the delivery address provided by you.
  
  Price and Payment
   
• Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and are in Malaysian Ringgit. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges 
  are clearly displayed and included in the Total Amount.
• You can pay using any of our payment methods listed on our homepage.
• Upon authorization of the payment, by clicking the “Order now” button you are confirming that the card belongs to you or that you are the legitimate holder 
  of the e-gift card or the promotional voucher,and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product.

Delivery

• Delivery of items purchase at shop.oscarsafetyshoes.com will be carried out via a local courier company and delivered within 7 working days. Delivery is free 
  for orders above RM200 and charged at RM## depending on the order type.
• In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable 
  to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.

• website, indicating the status of goods until final reception. The delivery cost is calculated 
  according to the delivery method chosen and the items purchased with the exact transport cost calculated every time an item is added to the cart and on 
  the order summary page before the customer confirms the order by pressing the ‘Checkout’ button, and before the credit card or debit card details are entered.

Limitations of Liability

We assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer system, telecommunication equipment, or other 
property caused by or arising from your access to, use of, or browsing the web sites or your downloading of any content and information from the web sites. in no event will we, 
our respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates, parent corporations, agents, successors, assigns, retail partners nor any party involved in the creation, 
production or transmission of the web sites be liable to any party for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind (including, without

Warranty

Warranty is only viable for shoes with damaged outsoles within a time period of 3 months after the original purchase date of items. If, upon inspection, we determine that the 
product is defective, we reserve the right to replace the product or issue you a credit, depending on the nature of the defect. The image below depicts the anatomy of a standard shoe 
to give you a proper representation for clarification purposes.

Disclaimer

Please use this website at your own risk. The services provided in connection with any websites are provided without any warranties of any kind including warranties 
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Please refer to your local laws for any such warranty prohibitions.

Product Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your Order, please contact our Customer Service Team on +603-89486397. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once an Order has been dispatched 
it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to the company according to guidelines provided by the Customer Service Team.

Children access

Access to and use of the Web Sites is made available only to people who can form legally binding agreements under applicable law. The Web Sites are intended for 
a general audience and are not intended to be used by minor children. Children accessing the Web Sites should obtain the permission and assistance of a parent or legal guardian.
 If you allow your minor child or a child for whom you are a legal guardian (a “Minor”), to access the Web Sites, you will be solely responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such Minor;
