Return Policy

  A  Exchange your merchandise for different size  

A (i) If the merchandize you have received is not your suitable size, you may request to return for exchange within 7 days after receipt of the goods.

A (ii) A exchange process require buyer to ship the 'exchange product' back to Oscar in the same condition as when it is first received.

A (iii) Please use the brand new courier bag enclosed in the shipment for exchange purpose.

  B  Replacement for a defective merchandise

B (i) If the merchandize you have received is defective / damaged, you may request to return for replacement within 7 days after receipt of the goods.

B (ii) A return process requires buyers to ship the "defective / damaged product" back to Oscar in the same condition as when it first received.
        (together with free gifts given during promotional period).

B (iii) Pleased use the brand new courier bag enclosed in the shipment for replacement purpose.

B (iv) Oscar will not responsible for defective / damages done intentional by buyer or any parties.

Remarks:
There will be no charge for first attemp to return for exchange or replacement (How To Return) / the products is not refundable  (Refund).
